Job Description: Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Nova NRG is seeking a motivated Water Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in introducing our top-tier water purification products to homeowners, conducting in-home sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct water testing and in-home sales presentations
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and budgets
- Inform prospective customers about product options and benefits
- Explain sales contracts to homeowners and finalize sales
- Attend weekly training meetings and team functions
- Maintain a high-level customer service experience
- Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience preferred
- Comfortable performing in-home sales presentations
- Own transportation and comfortable traveling to clients' homes
- Ability to learn quickly and negotiate sales of large price points
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under little supervision
- Excited, ambitious, and motivated to achieve sales goals
